Team project for LeasePlan

The Challenge

Help Leaseplan in offering new flexible mobility solutions to Dutch SME’s and entrepreneurs to differentiate itself in the transportation sector. How can LeasePlan provide a modular mobility system with a focus on usership and customer-centricity?

My role and impact

During this team project, I worked in sprints together with five other designers. We used lean startup and design thinking methods to empathise with users relevant stakeholders and to iteratively design, prototype and test solutions. In the design process, I was heavily involved in facilitating creative workshops, conducting qualitative user research and creating the business model and desired customer journey.
